This is a smoothie that my son loves. It's light and refreshing, and full of vitamin C. I especially like to make these when I feel our family needs an immunity boost. Sometimes I even add a little Emergen C powder to it if we've been exposed to a cold virus. Here's the Kid's Kitchen take on the "Orange Julius".

O-Joy Smoothie
serves 2-3
Ingredients:
- 5 large oranges, peeled by knife to remove the bitter pith
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups crushed ice
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy.
