This no-bake, 3-ingredient treat is so simple and easy to make. Kids love them for a school snack or even as a dessert. You most likely have the ingredients in your pantry, so let’s get to it!
Ingredients:
¾ Cup Peanut Butter (Crunchy, Low Fat, Smooth)
½ Cup Honey
3 Cups Cheerios
Directions:
- Combine the peanut butter and honey in a pan on medium heat until the mixture simmers, approximately 3 minutes, stirring continuously.(Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 20 seconds)
- Remove from heat and mix in your cheerios. Thoroughly and evenly coat all your cheerios.
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap. Pour and press the cheerio mixture into the pan firmly. Let it cool in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
- Cut into small bars. Lift the parchment paper or plastic wrap and peel it off the cheerio bars.
