One of our favorites we just couldn't keep our eyes off of were these Gooey Monster Cookies, By Lil' Luna. The trick to making them soft and gooey is the ingredients you use; very different than a traditional baked cookie.

Ingredients you will need:

• 1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1 medium sweet apple, finely chopped  (substitute- 1 cup apple sauce)
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 cup cooked pumpkin, canned or homemade
• 1 heaping teaspoon curry powder
• 3 cups chicken broth
• salt and white pepper
