Ingredients you will need:
ā¢ 1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped
ā¢ 1 teaspoon minced garlic
ā¢ 1 medium sweet apple, finely choppedĀ (substitute- 1 cup apple sauce)
ā¢ 1 tablespoon butter
ā¢ 1 cup cooked pumpkin, canned or homemade
ā¢ 1 heaping teaspoon curry powder
ā¢ 3 cups chicken broth
ā¢ salt and white peppe
